Peanut Perfection in Every Cup

Elevate Snack Time with Healthy Homemade No Bake "Peanut Butter Cups"

No Bake Almond "PB Cups"

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 Cup Almond Flour

  • 3/4 Cup Unsweetened Finely Shredded Coconut

  • 3/4 Cup Powder Stivia Sugar

  • 1 Cup + 2 Tlbs Almond Butter or Organic PB

  • 2 Tlbs Coconut Oil

  • 4 1/2 oz Dark choc. Chips

Instructions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the almond flour, coconut and sweetener.

  2. Over medium-low heat melt 1 Cup almond butter and coconut oil. Once melted, add to dry ingredients and mix well.

  3. Place 1 Tlbs of mixture into cupcake tins (I prefer silicone tins)

  4. Over medium-low heat melt 2 Tlbs almond butter and chocolate. Once melted, pour 1 tsp of chocolate mixture and smooth on top of each PB Cup.

  5. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.

  6. Garnish with a sprinkle of sea salt, if you prefer a salty sweet mix

  7. Pop out and enjoy!


Storage:

Keep in an air tight container.
