Power and Balance for the Waves
You will want to start this workout 1 month minimum from the time you plan to surf and repeat this workout everyday.
Workout:
25 Push Ups
30 sec - 1 min Plank Hold
25 Push Ups
Customizations
Push Ups: If your not used to push ups, start with modified push ups on the front of your thighs than work in a few up on your toes as you progress.
